We had a great time giving our local girl scout troop an introduction into Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and self defense!! Great job ladies!!

We would like to welcome the Rensselaer Police Department to the Lions Den Family! The Department signed up with us for 2025 and will be taking advantage of classes as well as our special Law enforcement Seminars taught by our DCJS certified Instructors.

Here we go!!!! Our fighters are all weighed in and ready to compete tonight at cage wars!!!! We have about 150 students ,family and friends headed to the Rivers Casino to support these guys!!
